An evening celebrating new music for Chinese chamber ensemble including a special performance of Joan Huang’s Along the River During the Qing Ming Festival (2012) for Chinese and Western quintet and a world premiere, Standing at the Gate (2012), for Chinese sextet by young composer Eric Myers.
Performances by Melody of China with guests Earplay Ensemble with Mary Chun conducting.
